Returning Current is a series of images created by Snowblink and Terri Loewenthal that explores the unpredictable yet cyclical currents of desire. This collection of 10 images illuminate 10 songs on Snowblink’s latest release, Returning Current (Outside Music, 2016).

Snowblink and Terri spent a day and night in the deep-end, playing with currents, dynamic movement in salt water, the energy between bodies, electroluminescent wire and light. This series is what emerged. The images live in a set of lithographically-printed postcards, the second in a postcard series that began with Terri’s Petite Sensation, released in 2015. Packaging is letterpressed and stamped with holographic foil. This set comes with a digital download of Returning Current.
